Responsible supply chain
As a leading company in the promotional products industry, we take our role seriously when it comes to ethical and sustainable practices. Our sustainability approach is grounded in respect for people. We actively monitor and support human rights, labour standards, and ethical conduct across our global supply chain to ensure that our growth contributes positively to the lives of those who make our products possible.
We ensure that our products are safe, responsibly sourced, and made under fair working conditions. That means the people who help create our products work in safe environments and are treated with respect. Their well-being matters just as much as the quality of the products we offer.
In line with the upcoming EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), we are strengthening our due diligence processes to identify, prevent, and mitigate potential human rights and environmental risks throughout our supply chain.
How we monitor working conditions:
We care about the people who make our products. As part of our due diligence responsibility, we actively monitor working conditions at our suppliers’ factories.
We are member of amfori BSCI, a global initiative that helps improve labour standards. This gives us better insight into how workers are treated and helps raise awareness of labour rights in our supply chain. We do this through independent third-party audits, carried out by amfori BSCI, and it is an ongoing process.
By working closely with our suppliers, we help create safer and fairer workplaces — because ethical sourcing is not just a goal, it is our responsibility.

How we monitor working conditions:
We believe that ethical production starts at home. That is why, in addition to auditing our suppliers, we also ensure that our own printing facility in Ruda, Poland meets all local standards and expectations.
To support this, we undergo regular audits through amfori BSCI and SEDEX. These independent assessments help us identify areas for improvement and strengthen our role as a responsible employer.
We are committed to using these insights to continuously ensure that we as a company remain transparent, fair, and future-focused.
